Manuscript on parchment in Latin and French, copied by Jean l'Avenant, containing a large number of prayers by different authors and some other texts. The latter are mentioned below. For a full description of the contents see 'La Librairie des ducs de Bourgogne', ed. by B. Bousmanne and C. Van Hoorebeeck, vol. 1 (Turnhout, 2000), pp. 229-239. This manuscript cannot be consulted without permission from the curator of the department of manuscripts.
Band (annotatie)
18th-century binding with the coats of arms of France. Manuscript executed for Philip the Bold, duke of Burgundy. Mentioned for the Bibliothèque de Bourgogne in the inventory of 1420. Confiscated by the French in 1746, returned to the Bibliothèque de Bourgogne in 1770; confiscated by the French a second time in 1794, returned to the Bibliothèque de Bourgogne in 1815.
